Processing Times
• Jewellery Items: Processed within 5-8 business days for most items
• Other items: Processed within 6-12 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
** During periods of high demand or material restocking, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you directly.
Shipping Rates (Canada)
• Jewellery: Standard shipping is $5.00 CAD. We offer Free Shipping for jewellery on orders $45.00 and over.
• Non-Jewellery Items: Shipping fees vary by weight and are calculated at checkout. Non-jewellery items are not eligible for free shipping, but their item costs do contribute toward reaching your $45.00 free shipping threshold for jewellery.
